Xenith Steel's manufacturing network spans 210+ hectares across Cangzhou, Hebei, comprising 7 specialized factories within a 15km radius: a 300,000sqm SMLS seamless mill with German PQF rolling technology, a 150,000sqm SSAW spiral mill for OD up to 4000mm, an 85,000sqm LSAW JCOE/UOE plant, a 90,000sqm ERW HFW facility with 500 kHz welding, a dedicated stainless pipe plant with cold rolling and bright annealing, a 90,000sqm hollow section site operating 76 HF lines and 10 galvanizing baths, and a 45,000sqm pipe fittings workshop producing ASME B16.9/B16.11 components. All 7 factories operate under unified ISO 9001:2015 and API quality management, enabling synchronized production scheduling and centralized quality control for multi-product orders.
