Xenith Steel's stainless pipe facility on a 40,000sqm site in Cangzhou produces both seamless (cold-drawn/cold-rolled) and welded (TIG/plasma + cold-rolled) stainless pipes OD 6-720mm at 40,000 tons/year with 220+ specialized workers. The plant operates LG cold rolling mills, bright annealing furnaces under hydrogen atmosphere, pickling and passivation lines, and full NDT including eddy current, ultrasonic, and hydrostatic stations. Certified API Q1, ISO 9001:2015, PED 2014/68/EU. Manufactures to ASTM A312/A269/A249/A213 in austenitic (304/L, 316/L, 310S, 321, 347), duplex (S32205, S31803), super duplex (S32507, S32750), and nickel alloys (400, 600, 800). ArcelorMittal, Outokumpu, Thyssenkrupp, TechnipFMC, and Tenaris source from this plant for corrosive-service and high-temperature applications in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and power generation.
Xenith Steel SS pipe factory produces seamless and welded stainless steel pipes in four material categories:
(1) Austenitic grades: 304, 304L, 304H, 321, 321H, 316, 316L, 317L, 310S, 347H, 904L for general corrosion-resistant applications.
(2) Duplex grades: S32205 (2205), S32507 (2507) for offshore and marine environments requiring chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance.
(3) Super duplex grades for extreme corrosive environments.
(4) Nickel-based alloys: 400, 600, and 800 series for high-temperature chemical processing and power generation.
Xenith Steel employs six manufacturing processes:
(1) Cold drawing lines for precision dimensions and surface finish.
(2) LG series cold rolling mills for simultaneous wall and diameter reduction.
(3) Bright annealing furnaces with controlled atmosphere preventing oxidation.
(4) Pickling lines for scale and oxide removal.
(5) Polishing lines achieving Ra 0.2μm to 1.6μm surface finish.
(6) TIG, plasma, and automatic submerged arc welding for welded pipe production.
Xenith Steel SS pipe factory has 40,000 tons annual capacity with three key specifications:
(1) Outer diameter from 6mm to 720mm.
(2) Wall thickness from 1mm to 50mm.
(3) Lengths from 4,000mm to 13,000mm.
Material grades cover 304, 304L, 304H, 321, 321H, 316, 316L, 317L, 310S, 347H, 904L, S32205, S32507, and 400/600/800 series alloys. The 40,000㎡ facility employs 220+ workers.
Xenith Steel applies six quality control methods:
(1) Eddy current testing for surface and near-surface defects.
(2) Automated ultrasonic testing for internal defects including laminations and voids.
(3) Hydrostatic pressure testing for structural integrity.
(4) PMI using XRF spectroscopy for grade verification.
(5) Mechanical testing including tensile, hardness, flattening, flaring, and intergranular corrosion per ASTM.
(6) Surface roughness measurement with profilometers for sanitary and precision applications.
Xenith Steel stainless steel pipes serve eight industries:
