H Beam Applications:
A load is applied at the center of a beam using weights, and the resulting midspan deflection is measured. The elastic stiffness of the beam is determined and compared to published values for various beam materials and cross sectional shapes.
Hot rolled H beams offer superior mechanical properties and cost efficiency compared to welded sections. The hot rolling process creates a uniform grain structure throughout the cross-section, resulting in excellent yield strength (typically 250-350 MPa) and impact resistance. Production costs are lower due to simplified manufacturing, and delivery times are faster. Hot rolled sections also provide better fire resistance and fatigue performance, making them the preferred choice for critical structural applications in construction and heavy industry.
Our H beams are produced on advanced rolling mills with computerized control systems. The process involves: (1) Billet heating to 1100-1250°C in controlled atmosphere furnaces, (2) Roughing passes to form the web and flange geometry, (3) Finishing passes with precision roller settings for exact dimensions, (4) Online monitoring of temperature, dimension, and surface quality, (5) Controlled cooling to prevent distortion. Each beam undergoes dimensional inspection and surface quality check before shipment.
We supply H beams in multiple steel grades: Carbon structural steel: Q235B, Q275B; Low alloy structural steel: Q345B, Q355B; High strength: A572 Gr50, A572 Gr65; Weather resistant: Q355NH, S355J2W; Marine grade: DH36, EH36. Standards available: ASTM A992/A992M (US), JIS G3192 (Japan), EN 10034 (Europe), GB/T 707 (China). Custom grades available upon request with minimum order quantity.
We provide comprehensive quality documentation including: Mill Test Certificates (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1/3.2, Chemical composition analysis (spectrometer test), Mechanical property testing (tensile, yield, impact tests), Dimensional inspection reports (depth, flange width, web thickness, length), Surface inspection reports. Our facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Products meet ASTM A992, JIS G3192, EN 10034 standards. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or ABS available upon request.
Standard packaging: (1) Multi-piece bundles secured with steel straps, (2) Wooden dunnage for surface protection, (3) Waterproof covers for overseas shipments. Loading: 20ft container: 18-22 tons; 40ft container: 25-28 tons; Bulk vessel: as per cargo plan. Shipping terms: FOB Tianjin/Qingdao, CIF, CFR, DAP available. We ensure proper stowing and lashing to prevent cargo shift. For project orders, we offer sequence loading for easier on-site installation.
